Conditions for redeeming the voucher:

The voucher can only be used based on an email reservation with the voucher issued at least 6 days in advance. The provision of services is limited by the capacity of the apartments, and the reservation is binding only after the accommodation provider confirms the date. The stay voucher can be redeemed until December 20, 2023, except for the dates of the TOP season as per the current price list. Check-in is possible on the day of arrival from 14:00, and on the day of departure, it is necessary to vacate the apartment by 10:00.

Procedure for using the coupon:

After purchasing the coupon and its payment, we will issue an electronic voucher, which will be sent to your email address.

In case you wish to expedite the order, simply make the payment via bank transfer and send the confirmation of the voucher payment to our reception. Based on that, we will send you the issued gift voucher.

The voucher becomes valid from the moment the deposit is received in the accommodation provider's account. The voucher includes an identifier and a unique numerical code that must be verified when making a reservation. By creating a reservation, the voucher will be marked as used. The period during which the voucher can be used is specified on the voucher and in the voucher description at the time of purchase. The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be canceled. The voucher can also be printed in color and given as a gift.
